We have improved the registration process to provide a clearer difference between the employer and candidate registration pathways.
- Register pathway - Front end
- Updated the ‘Register as Employer’ text to ‘Register’.
- Upon selecting ‘Register’, users will now choose between ‘Employer’ and ‘Candidate’ registration options.
- Added a header text: Join as Employer or Candidate for better clarity.
- Selecting ‘Employer’ directs users to a new Employer Registration wizard.
- Selecting ‘Candidate’ follows the existing Community registration pathway.
- Users can navigate using ‘Back’ and ‘Next’ buttons after selecting an option.
- Added a text link at the bottom of each step: “Already have an account? Log In” for easy access to the login page.
2. Employer wizard - Back end (Admin view)
Admins can now customize the Employer Registration Wizard, enabling edits to text, fields, and images for a more customized experience.
- Added a new ‘Employer Wizard’ tab within the ‘Edit Landing Page’ section.
- Admins can edit two registration blocks: ‘Registration Page 1’ and ‘Registration Page 2’.
- Each block includes options to modify the Registration Form and Form Image, similar to the Candidate wizard.
- Registration Form edits allow customization of the Title and Custom Fields using the form builder.
- Form Image updates enable admins to upload a new image for each registration page.
- Added a checkbox: “I have read and agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” on Registration Page 1.
- Back and Register buttons are now available below the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy section for better navigation.
3. Register pathway - Back end
We’ve added a brand new ‘Register Pathway’ tab under the Edit Landing Page section, giving Admins more control over the registration experience.
- New ‘Register Pathway’ Tab – Admins can now access and edit Register Pathway content from its own dedicated tab.
- Edit Pathway Content – Modify the Title, User Type Labels (Employer/Candidate), and Sub-Text descriptions.
- Image Management – Upload, re-upload, or delete the Pathway Image from the interface, similar to the Candidate Wizard image editor.
4. Employer wizard - Form Builder
Location: Admin Panel > Employer Wizard > Registration Page 1 & 2
We’ve enhanced the Employer Wizard to include a dynamic Form Builder, allowing Admins to customize the registration process with greater flexibility.
- Add Standard Field & Add Custom Field Buttons
Now available on Registration Page 1 and Page 2, enabling Admins to configure the registration form layout as needed.
- Form Builder Functionality
Works similarly to the existing Personal Information workflow – simply select from a list of predefined Standard Fields or create new Custom Fields to suit your organizational needs.
5. Community Page - Categories display option
As part of improving the flexibility and customization options for site administrators, two new configurable category options— “Popular Areas” and “Popular Countries”—have been added to the Community Header Block.
New Category Options:
- Category A: Default label set as Popular Areas
- Category B: Default label set as Popular Countries
Admin Configuration Capabilities:
- Toggle Controls: Enable or disable the display of each category block on the front end.
- Editable Labels: Admins can update the label for each category block via a text area.
- Searchable Dropdown Fields: Allows easy search and selection of categories from available data sources.
- Unlimited Input: Admins can input an unlimited number of categories.
Responsive Display Enhancements:
- If the number of categories exceeds the available space in the block header, a “+{number} more” icon will appear.
- Clicking the + icon opens a popup modal displaying the full list of categories added by the admin.
6. Employer Form Reporting
A new reporting feature has been added to the Communities module, allowing administrators to generate reports on Employer Form submissions. This enhancement provides greater visibility into employer data and improves tracking capabilities.
New 'Employer Data' Icon:
- Located next to the Community toolbar for easy access.
- Clicking the icon opens the reporting interface.
Report Configuration:
- Title: Employer Data - Generate a report on all employer form submissions.
- Date Filters: Start Date, End Date
Dynamic Report Columns:
- The report will display all fields currently assigned to the Employer Form.
- If a field is unassigned from the form, it will no longer appear in the report.
