We enhanced functionality for CPD assignments within Training Plans, while retaining the existing CPD features for individual courses. Admins can now assign CPD hours and categories directly within the Training Plan interface.
New Features
- CPD Category Tab for Training Plans:
- A new ‘CPD Category’ tab has been added to the add/edit Training Plan page.
- Admins can now enter CPD hours and select categories for each Training Plan when the CPD toggle is enabled.
2. CPD Calculation Logic:
- If CPD has been assigned to both Courses and Training Plans, only the CPD from the Training Plan will be calculated for reporting purposes.
- CPD points for Training Plans will be calculated using the same methodology currently applied to Courses, Webinars, and Events.
3. Existing Course Functionality Retained:
- CPD courses outside of the Training Plans will continue to function as per existing guidelines, allowing learners to earn points for assigned CPD.
4. Integration with CPD Reports:
- Training Plan CPD points will be included in all CPD reports (CPD Report 1, CPD Report 2, CPD Report 3, CPD Report 4).
