This introduces Zapier integration with Powerhouse Hub, enabling automation workflows for user management activities. Users can now create workflows (Zaps) within Zapier to trigger events when a user is added or edited in Powerhouse Hub.
Setting up Zapier integration:
- Appstore>> Zapier
- Click on Configure button
- Then Click on Generate an API Key and Secret for Zapier. To get necessary keys.
- To Sign up into Zapier by using this link (https://zapier.com/)

- To Create a Zaps workflow, click on + create button as below.
- Click on Trigger area to select Powerhouse hub.
- Search for PowerhouseHub (1.0.0) app as below.
- After that select and Trigger event either Add user or Edit user.
- Then to add account, we have given API key, API Secret, Site URL.
- These details we have to copy from Zapier integration page from app store (PHH site).
- Then Click on the yes, continue to PowerHouse Hub button.
- Then the account will add as above and click on the continue button to test the trigger.
- Once you click on the trigger button, go back to the PHH site and add any user to test.
- After adding the user, those will record in the Zapier integration Triggers area as below.
- We must follow the same steps for Edit user trigger event as well.
